hire an independent, 3rd party home inspection company to
provide a certified new home inspection report. That’s four levels of
inspection and a proven successful system that enables our

"allowances". Once you've
settled on house plans we’ll work up a realistic cost estimate and
then begin to develop detailed specifications for each phase of
construction. This is crucial for the bidding process, clarifies your
expectations and helps avoid surprises.
Financing
Owner/Builder
loans differs from typical construction loans, receiving approval can
be challenging and most banks avoid them. Build 4 Yourself, however,
has established relationships with banks who understand our programs
and recognize that our clients have a successful track record of

clients find a construction loan that meets their needs and help
facilitate the lending process including preparation of everything

Personal Building Coach
You
don't need home building experience because we’ll be with you every step
of the way. A building coach works directly with you and provides
day-to-day support and guidance for the duration of the project. We'll
meet with you regularly to answer questions, review the process and
monitor your progress. We also provide site visits to inspect your homes
construction to assure your expectations and our high standards are met.
Building Manual

Our system
supplies sound planning techniques, as well as all the paperwork needed
to keep projects on schedule and on budget. You'll receive a complete
builder's manual including lien releases, bid and scope of work forms,
inspection reports, house plans, insurance waivers and budget tracker as
well as a detailed construction calendar that clearly outlines the next
tasks you need to perform.
Subcontractors
& Suppliers
We
provide access to subcontractors and suppliers who’ll work hard to
complete your home in a client-friendly, timely, cost effective and
professional manner.
Our subcontractors go through a merit process and are thoroughly checked
before they are placed on our approved list. Of course you’re not
limited to using contactors on our list – you can select alternate
companies or even complete some of work yourself – your in control. We
receives no monies, consideration or kick-backs from any sub-contractor
or supplier for recommending them. This ensures your paying true
builders cost and keeps our recommendations objective.
